Life can be so shitty at times but everyday I look forward to chitchats with 3 of the most puppy-lovesick girls I know. This week alone, I can’t contain the kilig!!!

Girl X is in a relationship with Boy X for the years! I was one of the 2 makulit sisses who paired them up. I’ve seen this couple evolve from college sweethearts, to LDR couple, to pseudo-life partners under a pseudo-single roof. I’ve spotted them in their Art of Doing Nothing mode. I’ve witnessed them argue, kiss-and-make-up afterwards (not in front of me.. hehe). I’ve seen (and heard way too many times) the one snore while the other bears with the noise (most of the times) uncomplaining. Today, Boy X called me because he’s on his way to his girl to surprise her on their 7^th anniversary with a dozen of red roses, and something more. : D  Girl X is not expecting at all. I wish I was there to witness the surprise but due to what-else, I couldn’t. At the very least, I’m sure I would never miss them tie the knot for anything in the world. After all, I’m gonna be their MOH! Teehee!

Girl Y and Boy Y are in a relationship for months but their story traces back from almost a decade ago when they were still in college. Girl Y likes Boy Y. Boy Y likes Girl Y but nothing happened. As early as eons ago, Girl Y was pretty convinced that Boy Y is something. But timing was not a friend and so Girl Y said, if it’s not the right time, it’s not the right thing. They parted lives and met alphabet boys and girls. Brought by some natural comedy, they became friends again then surprisingly constant buddies. Girl Y wouldn’t admit that she still likes Boy Y thinking it will be another futile pursuit but one uncategorized thing lead to another and they became a couple, only this time around, the timing couldn’t be better. Teehee!

Girl Z and Boy Z have been chasing circles for a year now (from what I can see). Girl Z just celebrated her birthday this week. Boy Z asked Girl X and Girl Y how to surprise Girl Z. Boy Z mentally tortured Girl Z and told her he won’t be there for the advance party but came by surprise with cake in his hands. Boy Z stayed for the film-showing fighting his sleepy tired self just to be there for Girl Z. On Girl Z’s birthday, Boy Z gave her a book and a blouse, was there for the birthday lunch and birthday dinner and birthday coffee and dessert afterwards. By Z spent a few more hours at Girl Y’s place. On his way out, Boy Y told Girl Y’s housemate, “Uwi ko na to ha” and carried Girl Y like how newly-weds do it. Teehee!

Afterthought: Girl X has the X factor among the 3 girls. Girl Y and Boy Y always ask Why. Girl Z and Boy Z are so cute when sleeping next to each other… ZZZ!
